By submitting, I certify that I am authorized to make licensing and copyright decisions on behalf of the musical group/artist whose music I am submitting. Also by submitting, I authorize Unknown Radio (hereinafter “Station”) to webcast (broadcast via the internet) the submitted musical work(s) for an unlimited number of repetitions at the discretion of the Station. By submitting, I acknowledge that I am providing this music free of charge and expect no royalty payments nor payments of any kind from Unknown Radio.

In the event that I or the artist chooses to terminate this agreement, I will notify Station so that the Station will cease or otherwise interrupt webcasting any or all of the submitted works. Pursuant to such termination, Station will be notified by e-mail at artists@unknownradio.com no later than thirty (30) days prior to the date on which I choose to terminate the agreement. The date upon which notification is received begins the thirty (30) day termination period during which none of the rights received under this Agreement are in any way altered, affected or terminated.

I agree that any claim that may result from the rights and responsibilities under this contract due to a claimed violation of New Jersey or United States law shall be litigated in the State of New Jersey and will be adjudicated under New Jersey law.
